The successful candidate will work as part of the Marketing & Business Development team to be responsible for proposal design, marketing materials and social media.Key Responsibilities:Create content for a variety of marketing platforms, including written proposals, social media, websites, blogs, videos, illustrations, environmental graphics, and infographics.Select images, write, edit, and publish content for social media, websites, blogs, videos, and more.Follow company brand guidelines to ensure our messaging is consistent with company guidelines/value/mission.Apply graphic standards consistently.Create, maintain, and implement layouts, graphics and templates (CVs, project sheets, business cards, etc.).Provide general design and organizational support in the creation of proposals.Special projects, as required: signage, murals, artwork, environmental graphics, etc.Qualifications:A degree/diploma in graphic design, marketing and/or creative communications.Strong capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (mandatory).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.Interest in the architecture or engineering industries and/or a professional services firm is an asset but not required.Type of Person Who Will Succeed in this Role:Creative, confident, and ability to take initiativeDeadline driven ability to get things done on time.Directive personality who solves problems.Detail oriented with a rigorous degree of accuracy.Highly motivated who works well in a team environment and individually.Curious interest in learning and research.Competitive salary and benefits package.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Next Steps:Please email cover letter, portfolio and resume in .pdf format to: or mail to:Number TEN Architectural GroupAttention:Human Resources310-115 Bannatyne AvenueWinnipeg, MB R3B 0R3Number Ten Architectural Group believes strongly in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
