In this role, you will lead the 'House Call' experience, traveling to our clients homes across the Greater Toronto Area to deliver hightouch, personalized care. You will: Carry the Sanctuary: You are responsible for the 'Stem Health Experience' outside our walls. You provide a seamless transition of care to the clients home, ensuring a professional, hightouch atmosphere. Pace the Progress: You prioritize time and trust, ensuring the client never feels like a checkbox in a highvolume schedule. By meeting them where they are, you protect the space needed for deep, intentional care. Clarify the Body: Provide highquality chiropractic care focused on manual therapy, joint mobilization, and functional movement. You deliver evidencebased treatment plans designed for longevity and injury prevention. Collaborate on the Whole: Stay digitally connected to the broader clinical team, ensuring that your homebased insights are integrated into the clients Unified Health Story. Your Expertise Clinical Mastery: You are a Doctor of Chiropractic in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, bringing at least 3 years of experience. Experience in private care or integrative settings is a significant asset. Refined Alignment: You possess strong handson skills with an emphasis on functional movement, allowing you to provide precision care that translates complex MSK health into plain language. The Steady Hand: You are an expert at building rapport and educating clients, acting as a calm host who simplifies the path to recovery and longterm wellness. Interdisciplinary Fluency: You thrive in a 'coordination wins' environment, comfortably using EHR systems to ensure your work is a seamless chapter in our Unified Health Story. The Stem Standard: Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or hospitalityforward environments is preferred, as you understand the nuance of curated comfort and discreet, hightouch service. The Mobile Professional: You are comfortable with and have access to a vehicle for travel to client homes, maintaining the discretion and prestige expected of the Stem Health brand.
