The Manager, Outbound Sales will provide strategic leadership to a high-performing team focused on acquiring new monthly donors, driving business growth, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role is responsible for the successful end-to-end execution of new fundraising program launches, from concept through delivery, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Manager will ensure programs are delivered effectively and consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets through data-driven decision-making and ongoing campaign refinement.
