Working closely with the Trauma Coordinator, the responder will be deployed to the company experiencing a critical incident and provide support to employees. Good news, we saved you a seat!What Youll Be DoingDemonstrate sound theoretical knowledge of acute stress and PTSDIntervene in crisis and posttraumatic situationsIntervene easily with employees and managersShare a clinical summary of the interventions performedCommunicate and collaborate with the Trauma CoordinatorWed love to hear from you if you haveUniversity degree in a field related to the helping relationship (e.g., psychology, social work, criminology, etc.)A license to practice issued by a professional associationLiability insuranceVery good knowledge of psychological care in a trauma context and experience in crisis and emergency managementYou are very punctual and flexible in your schedule.
