Job Overview We seek dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our family farm operation in Neepawa, Manitoba. As a Farm Supervisor you will play a crucial role in our agricultural operations, assisting in various tasks to ensure the successful planting, growing, and harvesting of crops such as wheat, canola, soybeans, beans, sunflowers and corn. Duties Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Schedule and organise machining maintenanc Oversee growing and other crop-related operations Perform general farm duties Qualifications Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred. Ability to work long hours in busy season (Aug to November) outdoor conditions, with physical stamina and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery is an asset. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. A valid drivers license is required. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
