Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Ensure the Bank remains compliant with derivatives regulatory obligations and Bank-driven risk measures during onboarding, refresh, and ad hoc reviews. Support Spanish-speaking clients and internal partners by: Translating and clarifying onboarding/KYC requirements (Spanish English) Coordinating outreach and follow-ups to obtain complete documentation Helping resolve documentation gaps and client challenges efficiently Work independently and in partnership with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Credit, Margin, Documentation, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and KYC) to deliver onboarding requirements; demonstrate knowledge of documentation needed to satisfy regulatory obligations. Act as a derivatives onboarding/KYC resource to the broader onboarding team by helping triage issues and escalating complex cases to management when needed. Update internal systems (e.g., Fenergo) with relevant client information and onboarding status. Perform exception management, reconciliations, and data analysis across systems to ensure counterparties are correctly mapped for downstream reporting. Prepare status updates and periodic reporting for stakeholders; support ad hoc analytics and requests tied to onboarding initiatives, testing, or regulatory inquiries. Identify opportunities to improve controls, customer service, and productivity; provide operational input and recommendations to management. Contribute to a high-performance and inclusive working environment while applying the Banks risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day decisions.
