Youll play a key leadership role in delivering the fresh, welcoming shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by combining handson supervision with strong merchandising and operational support, youll help ensure your department is always customerready while fostering an engaging team culture built on trust and collaboration. Here are some of the other ways youll help us stand out: Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Package, stock, and rotate display counters and shelves to maintain high product quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Provide floor supervision and team support by delegating tasks, coordinating meal breaks, receiving and storing orders, completing 2x2s, and ensuring daily readiness for business. Support office operations through inventory counts, order processing, opening and closing procedures, scheduling adjustments, balancing activities, and floor resets. Foster a culture of trust and inclusion by providing handson training and coaching focused on floor operations, department standards, and service excellence. Promote company policies and clearly communicate department updates and business objectives as shared by the store leadership team. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis. Qualifications What you bring to the table. We provide the opportunity, and you bring the potential. A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service. Completion of a postsecondary program plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). The ability to work independently while taking pride in highquality results, attention to detail, and cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in team engagement, coaching, and training. A collaborative leadership style supported by clear and effective communication skills. Thrive in a fastpaced, handson setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset. What We Bring To The Table.
