As a GTO Associate, you will also be enrolled in our GTO Learning Curriculum, which has three main components: Ingredion Technical, Functional and Business Content; University Partnerled Operations and Supply Chain Content; and Assessmentdriven Personal and Leadership Development Content. Interest in a career in the food manufacturing industry. Ability and willingness remain geographically mobile (e.g., moving at least 1 time, if not 2 to 3) throughout the full 36month program.
