Staffinity is recruiting for a Janitorial Manager for our client in Sudbury. This is a permanent position with salary, benefits, and vacation. The base pay range is $60,000$75,000 per year. The position will work full-time out of the Sudbury office with very occasional travel required.ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of janitorial staff across multiple client sites (industrial, commercial, and office spaces).Supervise, schedule, and train cleaning teams to ensure consistent service quality.Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with client standards and company policies.Maintain inventory of cleaning products, supplies, and equipment; coordinate ordering and distribution.Develop and implement cleaning schedules and task checklists for efficiency and accountability.Support health and safety compliance, ensuring all staff follow WHMIS and workplace safety procedures.Act as primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to service issues or special requests.Prepare reports on staffing, supply usage, and site performance for management review.Mentor and support staff to improve retention, performance, and team culture.Qualifications5+ years of experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or related client facing environments.2+ years in a supervisory or management role (multi-site experience an asset).Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.Knowledge of cleaning methods, industrial/commercial equipment, and safety standards.Experience managing budgets and tracking inventory.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-service mindset.Valid driver''s license and ability to travel locally when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
