Bilingual Payroll Coordinator (Remote Canada) Toronto, ON (Fully Remote) Full-Time | Permanent $70,000 + Benefits + 3 weeks vacation Quebec Payroll Experience Required | ADP WFN Environment Were hiring a Bilingual Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll for a growing technology company with ~500 employees across Canada. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Quebec payroll experience who is confident navigating CNESST, Revenu Qubec, and multi-provincial payroll complexities within ADP Workforce Now (WFN) . Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle payroll for Ontario and Quebec employees (~500 total) Process payroll in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) with a high level of accuracy Ensure compliance with Quebec legislation (CNESST, QPIP, provincial deductions) Manage ROEs, benefits, and employee payroll records Support month-end close (journal entries, G/L reconciliations) Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues quickly Assist with audits and continuously improve payroll processes What You Bring Fully bilingual (English and French) 3+ years of payroll experience, including Quebec payroll Strong understanding of Quebec statutory requirements (CNESST, QPIP, Revenu Qubec) Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), Dayforce, UKG, or Dejardins (preferred) PCP or PLP designation (preferred) Why This Role Fully remote anywhere in Canada Stable, high-growth tech company environment Strong exposure to complex, multi-provincial payroll Opportunity to take ownership and improve processes Quick Fit Check (Apply if you can say yes to most) Youve processed Quebec payroll independently Youve used ADP Workforce Now in a live environment Youre comfortable handling 400500 employees You can manage payroll with minimal supervision Interested?
