Position Overview The Associate Sales Representative is a developmental, territory-based role supporting commercial and clinical sales activities within an assigned geography (Greater Toronto). Partnering closely with a Sales Representative, this position builds foundational expertise in product knowledge, customer engagement, clinical support, and compliant sales execution, preparing the individual for progression into a quota-bearing sales role. This will be a 12-month temporary role initially (April 2026 to April 2027). Key Responsibilities Support customer coverage, product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical education activities Assist with case coverage, surgeon trainings, and operating room staff support Partner with Sales Representatives on territory coordination and account follow-up Communicate the value of advanced medical technologies to customers Maintain accurate records, reporting, and expense documentation Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards. Qualifications 03 years of sales or customer-facing experience Ability to learn technical and clinical information quickly High energy, strong work ethic, and desire for career growth Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent Healthcare or Medical Devices domain experience will be advantageous Travel, Compensation & Working Conditions Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional nights and weekends. Willingness to work in clinical environments, including operating rooms. Base salary: 66,000 CAD + 10% Bonus (bonus paid in quarterly installments) Primarily Remote with occasional travel within Halton Region of Southern Ontario Career Development This role is designed as a structured developmental position, preparing successful candidates for progression into a quota-bearing Sales Representative role.
