Pediatrician (Primary Care & Urgent Care) Relocation Opportunity (UK & USA) Locations: Greater Toronto Area + Hamilton (Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton; Milton as needed) Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting for multiple roles with a wellestablished Torontobased clinic group. The clinics are dedicated exclusively to children and provide a mix of urgent care, general pediatrics, and consultative assessments without hospital work or oncall. What Youll Do Provide pediatric care for walkin urgent concerns and scheduled appointments Deliver routine primary care, preventative care, and immunizations Assess and manage acute pediatric presentations in an outpatient urgent care setting Support consultative/general pediatrics assessments as needed Collaborate with administrative, nursing, and allied health teams Maintain highquality documentation and practice in alignment with Ontario standards and clinic protocols Clinical Services Available (onsite/within the network) Primary Care Pediatrics (routine care & immunizations) Pediatric Eye Clinic Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Pediatric Allergy & Asthma Clinic ENT Clinic Immunization / Flu Shot Clinic Travel Clinic Pediatric Foot Clinic WorkLife Balance Highlights No oncall responsibilities No hospital work Subspecialist support available within the network (e.g., allergy/asthma, psychiatry, developmental pediatrics, autism services, speech & language) Compensation & Incentives Feeforservice split option available Primary compensation option: Salary Position (Hybrid Package) base + incentive with projected $350,000$375,000 takehome annually, based on 40 hours/week Signing bonus / relocation assistance CME allowance Retention bonus opportunities Comprehensive clinic support (administrative, nursing, allied health) Professional development and continuing medical education opportunities Immigration and credentialing support available (including guidance through licensing steps) International Candidate Requirements (UK & USA Welcome) Medical degree with specialist training in Pediatrics Licensed in Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for licensure UStrained pediatricians: Board certification may support a streamlined pathway to independent practice eligibility in Ontario (subject to regulatory requirements) UKtrained pediatricians: UK specialist training may be eligible through Royal College/CPSO pathways (eligibility varies by credentials; support is provided to navigate the process) International medical graduates welcome; supervision pathways may be available depending on credentials and eligibility Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patientand familycentred approach Comfortable working both independently and within a teambased clinic environment How To Apply To apply or learn more about relocation and licensing support, please email or visit #J-18808-Ljbffr
