Reports to: Manager Title Shift: 5x2MondayFriday Safety Sensitive: No RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5year provincial driving record will be required Travel: up to 75% travel within Canada Relocation: This position does not offer relocation Key Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the customer relationship Prepare and deliver quotations for products, contracts, and parts supply Resolve customer challenges quickly, including product availability, planning, and invoicing Build strong internal partnerships with sales, service, parts, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction Present market trends, product updates, and technical information during customer and product review meetings Qualifications/Requirements Degree or certification in business, marketing, or communications is an asset Strong knowledge of underground heavy equipment, with basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical understanding Experience in underground mining applications is an advantage Proven success in customer relations, account management, or technical sales Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and build valuedriven proposals Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Additional Information This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our organization.
