Work That Matters, People Who Care. Job Description As a Supervisor, reporting to the Food Services Manager, you will perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks supporting the unit. The schedule for the role will include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs. Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills. Crosstrained to work in the Marek Cafe while assisting other areas of the unit. Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures. Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process. Performing physical inventories, maintaining the level of stock at the unit. Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement. Qualifications Available for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required). Previous experience working in a Tim Horton's or another fastpaced food service establishment. Previous experience working as a Tim Horton Baker. Kitchen experience required. 2 years of supervisory experience. Excellent computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Cash handling and cash management required. Able to communicate well in written and verbal English. Experience with Oracle is an asset.
