The Brant County Riverhawks are beginning the search for the inaugural Head Coach of the organization. The Brant County Riverhawks are a competitive senior hockey club representing Brant County and surrounding communities in Ontario''s senior hockey landscape. The organization provides a structured and high-level playing environment for former junior, collegiate, and professional players with strong ties to the region. Focused on professionalism, leadership, and community engagement, the Riverhawks are dedicated to building a sustainable, respected team. With a foundation in hockey operations and long-term planning, the club aims to foster local pride and deliver an exceptional on-ice product. The team is preparing for its inaugural season through recruitment, coaching staff selection, and league integration. Role Description We are looking for a strong leader who understands the culture of competitive senior hockey and can help build a team that represents Brant County with pride. The Head Coach will oversee the daily operations of the hockey team, including planning and leading practices, developing game strategies, scouting and recruiting players, and managing the coaching staff. The individual will work closely with team management to align coaching strategies with organizational goals and actively foster community engagement. Experience in junior, senior, or high-level competitive hockey is preferred.
