The Associate Creative Director (Art Direction) works closely with their Copywriter counterpart and the Creative Director to shape creative output across projects and clients. You help lead the creative team, mentor designers and art directors, and ensure the work meets the agencys creative standards. You bring a thoughtful, visual lens to every projectWhat does this look like? Why does it matter? Is it distinctive? Will it resonate with the audience? You will lead and contribute to ideation, oversee visual development, and ensure creative concepts are translated into compelling, effective creative across formats. This is a senior role at the agency reporting to the Creative Director, requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience in creative roles , including experience leading projects and mentoring junior creatives. On a day-to-day basis, the Associate Creative Director Art will be responsible for: Leading visual concept development across campaigns, social content, brand initiatives, and production projects. Partnering with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists, and Producers to bring creative ideas to life. Contributing to and facilitating brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, helping generate strong concepts and shaping them into compelling visual executions. Developing and overseeing art direction across formats including campaign visuals, social content, brand systems, digital experiences, and production. Providing thoughtful feedback and guidance to designers and art directors to elevate the quality of the work. Collaborating with the Creative Director to ensure creative output meets the agencys standards and strategic objectives. Helping build pitch, concept, and production decks for new business and existing clients. Presenting creative ideas and visual direction to clients with confidence and clarity. Ensuring visual consistency and creative integrity across all deliverables. Participating in production processes, including concept development, mood boards, casting input, art direction on set, and guiding post-production when appropriate. Working cross-departmentally to translate strategic insights into compelling creative work. Supporting mentorship and development of junior designers and art directors on the team.
