As an Experienced Project Manager , youll take ownership of complex, meaningful projects supported by senior leaders and multidisciplinary technical experts. This is your opportunity to deepen your delivery expertise, strengthen client relationships, and make an impact across sectors that matter. Your Impact Lead projects through full lifecycle stages initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Oversee project delivery performance including scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, and change management. Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication frameworks. Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and variance analysis. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partners to achieve delivery milestones. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, resourcing, and health & safety. Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and providing clear, timely communication. Ensure compliance with quality processes, documentation standards, and project control systems. Support proposal development including RFP review, scoping, scheduling, and estimating. The Skills That Set You Apart 47 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management within consulting, engineering, or professional services environments. A passion for project delivery and leadership, with interest in growing as a nontechnical project expert. Proven capability in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with technical specialists. Financial fluency budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and project reporting. PMP certification (or progress toward certification) is an asset. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Oracle, or comparable systems.
