Position: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Consultant Line of Business: IT Consulting Duration: 6-Month Contract Extension: Possible Conversion to Full-Time: Possible Work Schedule: 7.5 hours/day (9:00 AM 5:00 PM, flexible) Location: Hybrid - Scarborough (2 days onsite; Wednesdays mandatory) Pay Rates T4 - $50.81 Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and enablement of ServiceNow HAM Pro Assess and evaluate the impact of HAM Pro across other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM) Analyze current asset management processes and identify optimization opportunities Design and implement improved workflows leveraging HAM Pro capabilities Build and maintain dashboards and reporting within ServiceNow Execute and oversee hardware asset reconciliation processes Integrate HAM Pro with external systems (e.g., discovery tools, procurement/finance platforms) Establish governance frameworks, including preventative and reactive controls Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with compliance and audit requirements Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience leading enterprise-level ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations End-to-end delivery experience (design, build, test, deployment, hypercare) Strong understanding of HAM Pro data model, tables, workflows, normalization, and reporting Knowledge of how HAM Pro integrates with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM) Experience with discovery and asset tracking tools such as ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, and Qualys Integration experience with procurement or financial systems (e.g., Coupa) Strong understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle (procurement through disposal) Experience designing processes, including RACI frameworks and SOPs aligned to audit/compliance standards Strong analytical skills with a KPI and metrics-driven mindset Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., banking or financial services) Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
