As a Senior FP&A Analyst , you will be a key member of the FP&A team responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will work on budgeting and forecasting, improve processes, develop financial models, and provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy. This role also plays an important part in strengthening the teams reporting infrastructure through the development and optimization of Power BI models and dashboards that enable better financial insight and decisionmaking. Strong financial and analytical capabilities along with technical expertise to enhance reporting models and dashboards are required. Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, partnering with finance and business leaders to ensure alignment with company objectives. Perform financial performance analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification, and communicate key drivers impacting results. Build and enhance Power BI models and dashboards to improve reporting accuracy, usability, and visibility across the organization. Develop and maintain management reporting and financial dashboards, ensuring scalable data models and consistent reporting that provide timely insights into financial and operational performance. Partner with Operations and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions and analytics tools. Support the preparation of financial presentations and executive reporting materials for senior leadership. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual workflows, and enhance data accessibility. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a medium to large sized company. Strong business acumen with a collaborative mindset and high attention to detail. Outstanding problemsolving and analytical skills. Ability to partner with crossfunctional teams and interact effectively with all levels of management. Experience with macros and exposure to various specialized functions and features, and Visual Basic is a plus. Advanced Excel proficiency with strong financial modeling capabilities.
