The Ticket Security Specialist Student will work closely with the Ticket Security team by supporting quality control assessments, laboratory testing and analysis, lottery fraud reviews, and in-market analysis. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Ticket Security, you will be empowered to: The student will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Ticket Security to support ensuring quality, security, and integrity standards Receiving shipments of INSTANT Tickets into established database Preparing physical game files and laboratory samples for wet-lab testing Conducting INSTANT Ticket laboratory testing Maintaining digital game files Updating department schedules and workflow planning Participating in Lottery Fraud reviews Reviewing, compiling, and analyzing INSTANT Ticket game related in-market customer and retailer feedback General laboratory and office maintenance What You Bring To The Game Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus in Protection, Security & Investigations, Law & Justice, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
