Insight Global is looking for a Brand & Growth Manager to join our client in the hospitality space. The Brand & Growth Manager will own the company''''s marketing efforts with a primary mandate to materially increase direct booking revenue and reduce reliance on thirdparty OTAs. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and brand development, with approximately 75% of focus dedicated to direct booking growth initiatives and 25% dedicated to brand presence and consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. On a daily basis, this individual will design, launch, and manage initiatives that drive guests to book directly through the company''''s website. This includes building email and lifecycle marketing campaigns using the existing guest database, developing loyalty and repeatstay programs, and identifying other lowhanging fruit growth levers that can be tested and scaled quickly. The Brand & Growth Manager will act as the internal owner of all marketing initiatives while executing primarily through external vendors and agencies. The role will serve as the main point of contact for paid media, social, and performance marketing agenciesoverseeing campaign strategy, budgets, performance reporting, and ROI analysis. In parallel, this person will help shape Return Policys brand by working with brand agencies on creative assets, collateral, and physical brand touchpoints, ranging from digital content to onproperty signage and guestfacing materials. This is a true zeroinfrastructure environment from a marketing standpoint. There is no established marketing tech stack today, so the successful candidate must be comfortable operating autonomouslyidentifying tools, proposing initiatives, building business cases, and executing once approved. Over time, as the business scales, this role will help inform the buildout of a broader marketing function. The ultimate measure of success in this role is clear: meaningful growth in direct booking revenue, with the goal of driving direct booking growth while maintaining brand consistency and guest trust. Must Haves 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or brand & demand roles Hospitality, hotels, shortterm rentals, or restaurant marketing experience Proven experience driving directtoconsumer or direct booking growth Strong understanding of email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and loyalty programs Handson experience managing agencies and external vendors (paid media, social, creative) Ability to own campaign budgets, performance tracking, and ROI analysis Comfortable operating in a zeroinfrastructure environment and building from scratch Highly autonomous, selfstarting, and executionoriented mindset Experience working as an individual contributor in highgrowth environments Plusses Growth hacker background with a testandlearn mentality Experience increasing repeat usage or return visits in consumer businesses Prior agency experience (or experience working closely with agencies) Exposure to earlystage or scaling companies where marketing functions were built from the ground up Familiarity with integrating marketing platforms with ERP or booking systems Salary starting at $80,000 depending on relevant skills & experience.
