Position: Software Engineer Type: Freelance Compensation: $70$80/hour Duration: 12 months Commitment: 1525 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Write realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web apps, games, tools, and simulations. Create precise, binary rubrics tagged by verification type to ensure quality. Ensure all rubric items are pass/fail and verifiable from screenshot + code inspection. Develop high-quality vibe coding data to train models on skills like state management, interactivity, UI correctness, and robustness. Collaborate on building training datasets to improve AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years of experience in frontend/full-stack development or technical content creation. Bachelor''''s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JS. Comfortable writing precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
