Youll Join A Small Founding Team That: Has successfully built, scaled, and sold companies in the past. Built software infrastructure processing billions of dollars in transactions. Is backed by worldclass VCs and operating partners whove invested in, and built, iconic companies. About The Role: Own a product and engineering leadership role in our rapidly growing startup. We are looking for someone with strong opinions about building world class products. You will be critical in shaping features and architecture from the ground up. You will be regularly partnering with design, sales, and marketing on endtoend product narratives. What youll need A deep love for building and shipping software features 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong emphasis on web products Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js. Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go, with a focus on developing scalable APIs and AIdriven services. Experience designing and implementing asynchronous tasks using Go and brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis). Experience working with AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, finetuned models, or LLMbased applications). Familiarity with cloudbased architectures. Github CI/CD. Passion for data interfaces and a deep understanding of how AI can enhance productivity. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fastpaced, highly collaborative environment.
