WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Were seeking a dynamic Senior Site Superintendent who wants to join our growing Construction Team for our latest highprofile project located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Youll be responsible for providing supervision of all site construction activities to ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Site Leadership : Supervise, mentor and coach all site team members. Schedule : Lead task planning to execute the project schedule; and provide input into project schedule changes. Logistics : Manage the execution of onsite staging activities and provide input into site staging strategy. Trade Coordination : Lead contractors and the sequence of work, to ensure project work execution. Contract Administration : Lead and execute scopes of work, RFI resolutions, and advise on change directives/orders. Health & Safety : Demonstrate and enforce a highstandard of Health and Safety culture and lead onsite compliance activities. Quality Control : Lead onsite implementation of QA protocols to minimize site deficiencies and delivery a standard quality product. Reporting : Support reporting to key stakeholders KEY QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have the following: Minimum of 10 years progressive construction experience specializing in mid/high rise projects Successfully delivered at least two mid/highrise developments (200,000+ sq. ft. each) through the full project lifecycle Working knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Acts Requirements Proficiency in Procore and MS Suite Works well under pressure, decisive when it matters, and always thinking two steps ahead Valid G License & reliable vehicle WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to work on one of GTAs most highprofile project Group Retirement Savings Plan Peoplefocused culture and work environment Longterm career opportunities Free onsite parking Free snacks & coffee Quarterly team building activities ROLE STATUS Role Status Disclosure: This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
