Harbour Air is seeking an experienced, safety and serviceoriented seaplane pilot to fly DHC3T aircraft based in Vancouver, flying scheduled and charter flights in the Southern British Columbia Coastal Regions. Minimum Qualifications Safety First An individual and teamoriented commitment to safety. Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence Transport Canada Seaplane Rating SELS Current Class 1 Medical. 1000 hours PIC fixed wing and 750 hours on floats . Exceptional customer service orientation the willingness to take service to a higher level. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work individually, and in a team environment. Preference will be given to pilots with DHC3T aircraft and Coastal Experience. Location: Vancouver Harbour Centre & Vancouver International South Arm Fraser River Term: Full Time / Seasonal - May 1st to Sept. 30th, 2026 Department: Flight Operations Compensation: DHC3T Otter Pay Scale will range from $47.34 - $66.21 per hour. (Min pay 78 hours biweekly) Qualified candidates will be placed within the range based on industry experience. Additional premiums offered for training pilots.
