The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the provision of holistic treatment services for youth in a home setting that is consistent with the vision, mission and core values established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care. The Residential Treatment Services Manager will be responsible for the implementation of a culturally safe and integrated service for all assigned youth and receiving treatment services. A minimum four-year Social Work Degree or related Degree is required. - Three (3) years direct service with children, adolescent and families; - Three (3) or more years experience in a managerial role preferred; - Training and experience in evidence-based programming, as it applies to the Anishinabek family, school, community, and social service organizations; - Training and experience in the co-ordination of residential care related activities and programming as it applies to the Anishinabek family and community. - Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Assistant Director of Mental Health and Addictions in relation to service requirements. - Must possess a Class G Drivers License and must have access to a personal vehicle.
