As a Customer Service Specialist, youll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customerswhether in person, by phone, or by email. Youll enter orders, answer questions, solve problems, and support our sales and operations teams to ensure every customer has a smooth, positive experience. This role plays a key part in keeping our business running efficiently and our customers coming back. What Youll Do Youll handle customer inquiries, process purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and support our front desk as needed. Youll work closely with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Shipping to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. Youll also take part in inventory counts and help identify opportunities to upsell or improve service. What You Bring You have experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing, and strong orderentry skills. SAP experience is a major asset. You communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities with ease. Knowledge of building materials or construction is helpful but not required. A college diploma or university degree is an asset.
