We believe in empowering our team members to lead with integrity and drive operational excellence every day.At the heart of everything we do lies a commitment to integrity, a passion for continuous growth, and the resilience to thrive through challenges.Whatweoffer:Dynamic Work Environment: Join a fast-paced setting where you can apply yourexpertiseand contribute to operational success.Collaborative Culture: We believe in teamwork and win-win relationships, fostering an environment where together is better.Commitment to Work-Life Balance: Fair compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible practices to support your well-being.Diversity & Inclusion: We value differences and prioritize inclusivity to bring together the best talent and ideas.Competitive Compensation: Bi-weekly pay, competitive salary, and robust benefit programs.Retirement Savings: RRSP matching to help youplan for the future.Professional Growth: Ongoing training and development opportunities to advance your career.Career Advancement: Clear pathways for growth within the organization.Position SummaryThe Process Documentation & Training Coordinator is responsible for developing clear, accurate, and compliant Process Guides (currently SOPs), work instructions, training materials, and other controlled documents for use in a food manufacturing environment.This role ensures that all documentation meets regulatory requirements, supports consistent operational performance, and is written in a format that frontline employees can easily understand and follow.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbody and promotecompanys core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience).Performadditionalresponsibilities as assigned.Process Guide & Document DevelopmentCreate, revise, and maintain Process Guide, work instructions, for manufacturing, production, warehouse and sanitation.Conduct process observations and interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure procedures reflect accurate and current practices.Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and userfriendly documentation.Develop product specific Process Guide that define critical process steps, key parameters & controls, quality & food safety checkpoints.Ensure all documents follow internal formatting standards, document control protocols, and revision processes.Partner with H&S, Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams to ensure documentation supports compliance with all regulatory standards.Training & ImplementationDevelop training materials, including manuals, checklists, visual aids, and presentations to support Process Guide rollout.Provide onthefloor training to employees on new or updated procedures as required.Assist supervisors with implementation, ensuring employee understanding and adherence.Provide training to new hires on required Process GuidesCollect feedback on the training materials & continuously improve the Work Instruction/Process Guide wherever neededQualificationsEducation & ExperienceDiploma or degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Food Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 23 years of experience in technical writing, training, or documentation development.Experience in a food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry is strongly preferred.Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical information.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to gather information through observation, interviews, and review of process data.Proficient with document control systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Comfortable delivering training and coaching frontline employees.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.We thank all applicants for their interest inMariposaDairy.Onlythose selected for an interview will be contacted.We kindly ask you do notcontactus by phone.Any offer of employment will be conditional uponsuccessfulreference checks and employment verification.Mariposa Dairy is committed to diversity and inclusion and welcomes applications from individuals with disabilities.
