Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Full responsibility for all hotel operations across departments. Establish daily priorities and ensure smooth functioning of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Administration. Maintain Marriott brand standards and ensure consistent delivery of highquality guest experiences. People & Culture Management Recruit, train, mentor, and support all associates. Conduct ongoing performance reviews and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Build open, collaborative relationships with team members, partner GMs, and ownership. Foster a positive, peoplecentered culture aligned with Bawa Group values. Financial & Revenue Management Manage occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, wages, and controllable expenses effectively. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and costcontrol strategies. Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
