Your Opportunity Dillons Integrated Mobility Discipline is seeking a Transportation Engineering Graduate to fill an existing vacancy within our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. At Dillon, we operate as one team. Responsibilities Contribute to a variety of transportation/traffic planning and design projects involving traffic analysis, parking reviews, road safety audits, signage and pavement marking reviews, neighbourhood traffic management, and transportation demand management. Support Dillons leading technical staff/project managers in project delivery for a variety of public and private sector clients. Contribute technical expertise on multidisciplinary teams (including planners, project engineers, environmental scientists, technologists). Work with and develop relationships with clients. Learning & Development Commit to selfdevelopment and ongoing learning and professional development. Contribute to Dillons corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees. Qualifications A degree in civil engineering or urban planning, or a diploma in civil engineering technology, with a transportation engineering focus. Welldeveloped report writing, organization and interpersonal skills. Experience The appropriate candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong interest, knowledge and experience in some or all of the following areas: Transportation impact studies Parking studies Road safety studies Traffic calming studies Warrant analysis for traffic control devices Working knowledge of various traffic engineering software Active transportation and transportation demand management (TDM) programs Environmental assessment studies for transportation facilities Knowledge of innovation and technology as it relates to the transportation/traffic engineering industry Compensation $57,500 $91,200. Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicants education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicants gender or other status protected by provincial and/or federal law.
