HR Intern (Early Career / Recent Graduate) Toronto (Hybrid) 48 Month Contract We are looking for an HR Intern to join Havas CX Canada. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional who is not returning to school and is looking to build practical experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced agency environment. What You Will Do Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries Assist with drafting employment letters and HR documents (offers, promotions, contract updates) Assist with recruiting activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, and job posting support Support new hire onboarding including documentation, system setup, and coordination of onboarding sessions Help coordinate and track leave of absence requests Support internal HR communications and announcements Assist in organizing training sessions and learning initiatives Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases Support Workday updates and pull basic HR reports Assist with semi-monthly payroll preparation Support benefits administration (enrollments, terminations, employee questions) Contribute to employee engagement, DEI, and career development initiatives What You Bring Recently completed (or in final term of) a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong interest in HR and people operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Nice to Have Bilingual in English and French Familiarity with Workday About Havas CX Havas CX is a global network of digital agencies dedicated to creating meaningful experiences across the customer journey. Additional Information This role represents an active vacancy at Havas. The hourly range for this position is $22.
