Youll learn all areas of the process and step in where needed to keep production on track.This Role is Right For You if You:Enjoy being active and involved on the production floorTake initiative and solve problems as they come upLike working closely with a small teamHave a strong attention to detail and care about qualityAre dependable and take ownership of your workWhat Youll Be Responsible For:Supporting daily production with a small team of production and packaging staffCoordinating daily priorities with the founder to keep production on scheduleMonitoring workflow, equipment, and product quality during shiftsHelping guide team members and reinforce best practicesKeeping production moving efficiently and minimizing downtimeFollowing and supporting GMP, BRC, and food safety standardsAssisting with production records and documentationSupporting receiving, materials handling, and outbound shipmentsParticipating directly in blending, production, and packaging tasksHelping onboard and train new team membersTroubleshooting minor issues on the floor to avoid disruptionsOperating or assisting with forklift and general material handlingQualifications:3+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food is an asset)Experience supporting or guiding a team in a hands-on settingComfortable working with equipment and solving basic mechanical issuesFamiliarity with GMPs or food safety practices is an assetStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable with measurements and basic production mathReliable, adaptable, and team-orientedAble to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbsForklift experience is an asset (training available)Interest in learning confectionery or food production processesWhat We Offer:Hands-on training in specialized confectionery productionDirect mentorship and exposure to business operationsOpportunity to grow your responsibilities as the company expandsA small team-oriented work environment where your contributions matterSchedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm, with extra weekend hours available with production surgesCompensation: $30/hour with notable opportunity for growth in both role and compensation
