The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Manager owns end-to-end supply chain execution across a multi-site food-processing and packaging network. This role is accountable for ensuring service reliability, material availability, inbound and outbound logistics discipline, and supplier performance governance. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional coordination across procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation to optimize supply continuity, stabilize OTIF performance, and reduce cost-to-serve. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution excellence, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. Key Job Duties & Responsibilities: End-to-End Service & Supply Execution Customer Service Governance Own OTIF performance across all customer accounts. Lead the CSR function with clear KPIs, service cadence, and accountability standards. Facilitate structured weekly OTIF reviews with corrective action tracking. Ensure proactive communication of service risks to internal stakeholders. Align Planning and Operations to eliminate recurring fulfillment gaps. Maintain real-time service dashboards and performance visibility tools. Inbound Logistics & Raw Material Availability Ensure all raw and packaging materials are delivered on time to support uninterrupted production. Monitor supplier dispatch timelines, container movements, customs clearance, and warehouse receipt accuracy. Proactively identify and mitigate material supply risks. Escalate emerging risks early to the Senior Supply Chain Manager with recommended mitigation plans. Support working capital optimization while protecting production continuity. Outbound Logistics Coordination Oversee shipment planning, carrier coordination, and routing compliance. Ensure finished goods are shipped On Time and In Full (OTIF). Monitor freight performance, delivery reliability, and exception management. Improve freight cost visibility and performance reporting. Drive corrective actions for recurring delivery failures. Strengthen shipment tracking transparency across the network Supplier Performance & Accountability Lead recurring supplier performance reviews focused on OTIF, responsiveness, and service stability. Execute structured Monthly and Quarterly supplier reviews as directed by the Senior Supply Chain Manager. Implement and maintain a Supplier Scorecard framework. Drive corrective action plans for underperformance. Ensure supplier execution aligns with agreed production schedules and supply commitments. Technology & Automation Enablement Lead the transition from manual coordination to structured, system-driven execution processes. Identify and eliminate manual inefficiencies within CSR and Logistics functions. Support ERP (MS Dynamics) optimization initiatives. Drive automation of KPI dashboards and reporting tools. Strengthen supplier visibility and container tracking systems. Reduce spreadsheet dependency and improve data governance discipline. Improve system utilization to enhance execution accuracy and transparency. Ideal Qualifications & Competencies: 710 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain execution, or production planning within a manufacturing or CPG environment. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline. Proven experience managing OTIF performance and material flow reliability. Strong background in supply chain data analysis and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Experience leading multi-site or cross-functional initiatives. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Adaptable to change and transformation. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
