Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring according to recipes Follow daily prep lists to ensure all items are ready for service Label, date, and store food items properly following food safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized prep station Assist line cooks and kitchen staff as needed Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed Qualifications Boston Pizza was established over 50 years ago and is proud to be recognized as one of Canadas 50 Top Managed Companies for over 20 years in a row.
