Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage all break/fix issues, service requests, and ticket documentation within SLA expectations Install and troubleshoot network devices independently; create documentation for team use Deploy and support computing devices across office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments Utilize Microsoft SCCM (or similar tools) for imaging and application deployment Apply full understanding of Change Management processes Lead small to large infrastructure projects across multiple sites Conduct root-cause investigations aligned with Problem Management processes Troubleshoot local server issues (file/print, applications, security) with minimal assistance Support and troubleshoot network printer issues (Lexmark, Zebra, etc.) Communicate clearly with all levels; create and deliver training when needed Use monitoring tools to assess system health and train peers Provide warranty repairs on Dell and HP devices Work with managed service providers to resolve issues Support HHU and VMU devices Qualifcations: Bachelors degree in Computer Science (preferred) Microsoft certifications such as MCSA/MCSE (Windows 7/8/10; Server 2007/2012/2019) Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or corporate HQ environments is a plus Familiarity with SCOM, SolarWinds, Active Role Server, etc. Experience with project management tools/methodologies Dell/HP hardware warranty certification Onsite MondayFriday; travel up to 25% Willingness to support multiple locations and participate in project work Availability for after-hours escalations or on-call rotations (24/7/365 environment) Ability to follow policies, document work, and ensure timekeeping accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
