You willbe responsible fordeveloping comprehensiveSEOstrategiesacross allkey pillars(Content, off-page, and technical SEO) for our clients, as well as collaborating acrossdepartments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.Youllbe a key decision-maker in driving client success and agency growth throughsuccessful organic search strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategic SEO Development & Execution: Developlong-term SEO strategies for high-profile B2B clients,incorporatingbusinessobjectives, target audience needs, and industry best practices Develop high-level SEO roadmaps thatincorporate keySEOpillar(content, off-page, technical)to drive searchvisibility and traffic Implement on-page, off-pageand technical SEO recommendations Drive the development and execution of content strategies, collaborating with content, design, andwebdevelopment teams to create SEO-optimized, high-performing content. Adjuststrategies as needed toaddress emerging SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes Client Relationship & Communication: Serve as the SEO subject matter expert and primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and leadership, with the support of a direct supervisor Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring SEO goals andperformanceare clearly communicated, met, and exceeded Present deliverablesand reports for clients,highlighting SEO performance,incorporating KPIs,andprovidingactionablenext steps Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Reporting: Leverageanalytics tools (Google Analytics4, Google Search Console) and SEMtools (SEMrush,Ahrefs)tomonitor, track, and report SEO performance. Utilizedata to drive actionable insights,identifyareas for improvement, andoptimizeSEO strategies continuously. Establishbenchmarksand monitor KPIs to assessperformanceandoptimizeefforts for continuous growth. Innovation & Process Improvement: Developan environment of innovation,incorporatingnew trends,tactics, technologies, and strategiesto successfully address SEO in 2025 Establish and refine SEO processes todriveefficiencyand consistency across theSearchteam Be a thought leader for SEO and changes happening in that space including, AI Search, cross-channel opportunities, andidentifynew tools that can beleveraged. Desired Skills & Experience A minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, ideally within a B2B environment Provenexpertiseindevelopinglarge-scale SEOstrategiesthat drive measurable resultsfor clients Extensive experience withAnalyticstools (GA4, GoogleSearch Console) as well asindustry-standardSEOplatforms (SEMrush,Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, andothers) Strongknowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the ability toremain nimble to address changes in the search industry Leadership & Communication: Strongcollaborationskills,including cross-departmentalknowledge sharing Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in presenting to senior executives and stakeholders and building long-term client relationships Strongcommunicationand presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to align SEO strategies withclient businessobjectives, ensuring clear ROI and measurable results Technical SEO: Expertisewithintechnical SEO, including site audits, mobile optimization, site speed, crawlability, schema markup, and server-side optimizations. Experience with site migration projects andwebsiterefreshes, includingimplementing301 redirect maps, content migration, andSEO best practices during these transitions Knowledge of structured data (schema markup) and its role in enhancing visibility in search results. Understanding and experience with common CMS platforms (such asWordPress) and relevant plug-ins (such as Yoast) Certifications & Education: Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or certifications from platformssuchasSEMrush or HubSpot, are highly preferred. ABachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but notrequired Desired Attributes: Strategic thinking, with a clear understanding of how SEO fits within the broader digital marketing landscape.
