Visit us to learn more: ROLE What You Bring: We are looking for a passionate storyteller with experience in marketing - working closely with a team of creatives to launch marketing campaigns, brand identities, websites, and supporting print/digital collateral. In this role, you'll work closely with the project lead to develop strategic ideas that resonate across various brands and marketing channels, from social and digital to print. Youll also play a key role in shaping the visual design of ads and commercials, ensuring a seamless creative process from concept to final production. Alongside creative, you would act as our lead bilingual (Qubcois French) liaison and manager for all partners in the Quebec region. Your responsibilities include strategic content and ideation, bilingual writing and maintaining the integrity of all copywriting requirements. As a Senior Copywriter, you will craft compelling and effective copy for integrated campaigns across various media channels. You will collaborate with art directors, designers, and clients to develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand objectives. Lead the creation and development of innovative concepts, ideas, and scripts for integrated campaigns. Research and write SEO-focused content that drives reader engagement and grows an audience with compelling messaging. Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and other departments (production, studio) to ensure seamless project execution. Write clear, compelling, and unique copy for various media channels, including print, digital, email, social media, and video. Present concepts to clients, articulating the creative tone of voice and rationale. Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the original concept. Review and edit copy to ensure it is free of errors and meets brand standards. Provide constructive feedback to junior coordinators and copywriters to help them improve their writing skills. Ability to apply expert technical writing skills to translate a full range of communication materials from English to French and from French to English. Oversee the translation process and provide guidance to external translators. Review, correct, revise, improve and adapt translations of a variety of communication materials prepared by external translators. Translate documents including urgent, complex and sensitive communications. Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant agency experience with a focus on integrated campaigns You must possess oral and written Canadian French language skills at the superior level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire. Strong work samples that show experience in multiple mediums (social, digital, video, etc). Exceptional verbal and written English skills. An education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset. Experience with mentorship and building up of Junior Creatives, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth. Availability to contribute on a regular basis and deliver to tight deadlines. Knowledge of SEO best practices & experience optimizing content for search. Demonstrates resiliency in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility. Ability to come up with cutting-edge concepts and executions. Experimentation mindset, embracing new creative technologies, media platforms, and trends. Key organizational skills. Proficient using Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Figma is a plus). Certified member of the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario is also a plus. We are currently following a hybrid work model and share our time between our Liberty Village office and our home offices.
