Description Role Responsibilities Coordinate fixedprice service projects, including scope review, scheduling, and crossdepartmental execution. Oversee resource planning, including materials, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment to align with budgets and timelines. Monitor job financials, approve expenditures, and support cost estimating to achieve financial targets. Maintain communication with customers, service teams, and field workers; elevate extra work to account managers. Manage warrantyrelated work, quality standards, and the return of excess materials. Conduct initial onsite coordination with workers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project startup. Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications 35 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience. Postsecondary education in project management, engineering technology, construction management, business, or related discipline. Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic certification considered an asset. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. Proficiency with project management tools/software. Strong analytical and financial skills related to budgeting and cost control. Understanding of service operations, subcontractor coordination, and industryspecific compliance requirements.
