We step in during critical moments, when stability is uncertain and support is needed most-providing care that is consistent, practical, and built around real-life needs. Our work focuses on creating environments where individuals feel safe, supported, and able to move forward with clarity and confidence. We offer a range of services including emergency youth crisis shelter, in-home family support, community-based care, senior services, and specialized behavioural support, all delivered with a strong emphasis on structure, accountability, and respect. The Role As a Youth & Family Support Specialist, you will play a direct role in shaping daily experiences and long-term outcomes for children and youth. This is handson, meaningful work that requires presence, awareness, and strong character.
