Our purpose is to establish a safe space for kids to discover, learn, and expand their understanding of the world. We would like to employ a professional, Montessori-certified and passionate Preschool Supervisor who is willing to work on a preschool level on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate is to guarantee that our program provides excellent early childhood education programs based on the Montessori method of education in place and proper standards. Responsibilities Develop and manage an enriched Montessori curriculum. Lead teaching staff at preschool creating the teams professional environment. Keep track of each childs development and journal the developmental milestones. Ensure that childcare licensing regulations and safety requirements are also recorded and followed. Be in positive relations with children and the families of the children and with other staff members. Qualifications MACTE-certified Montessori teacher. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 3 Certification. Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills. Experience in early childhood education would be an advantage.
