Physiotherapist Vacancy Status: Future OpportunitiesHourly Rate of Pay: $38.00 to $54.00 Carecor is seeking to build a strong pool of dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Physiotherapists with experience in acute care to join our exceptional team for an upcoming opportunity in the Toronto area. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients physical recovery and overall wellbeing. You will deliver highquality physiotherapy services in accordance with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Physiotherapists, Carecors Standards of Practice, and the policies and clinical expectations of the healthcare facility to which you are assigned. Your work will help foster an environment that promotes optimal physical function, comfort, safety, and emotional support for patients receiving acute care. Physiotherapists will be assigned to one facility per shift, working either 8hour or 12hour shifts, depending on scheduling needs. Job Qualifications Masters degree in Physiotherapy and completion of supervised clinical training. Successful completion of the National Physiotherapy Competency Examination. Active registration or eligibility for registration with the NLCP. Completion of NLCPrequired examinations and mentorship program. Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct, Declaration of Conduct, and proof of professional liability insurance. Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (required for NLCP active registration). 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in an acute care hospital setting (preferred). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Current N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate. Proof of current immunization for measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV), tetanus, pertussis, polio, hepatitis B. Proof of negative TB skin tests within the past one year or negative chest xray within the past five years. Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of hire.
