LiveIn Superintendent We are looking for a highly motivated LiveIn Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums. This candidate will start as a liveout superintendent and move into the building once the superintendents suite is complete (expected May2026). Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pmSite Location: Toronto, ONCompensation: $50,000/year Your Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and supply inventory to the Property Manager Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents Check the mechanical room and handle garbage Become familiar with every single room in the building Paint and perform touchups as needed Follow and improve procedures; follow up on requests Perform small repairs in common areas Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance Enforce condominium rules and regulations Provide recommendations to improve situations Attend daily meetings with the manager Create and maintain a reading log keep records Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Experience with condominiums preferred; knowledge of BAS and building machinery/equipment (boilers, chillers, pool, etc.) Strong customerservice experience with residents is essential Knowledgeable of maintenance schedules; proficient with sprinkler, boiler, HVAC, generator, elevator, pool, electrical, fire panel, makeup air, sump pumps, irrigation, compactor, and circulation pump rooms Proficient with email; familiar with emergency procedures (fire and water leaks) Excellent interpersonal, phone, and customerservice skills; proficient English speaking and writing skills Ability to follow instructions Sense of responsibility is a must Highly energetic and able to respond to changing priorities positively Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
