Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers, and driving overall customer retention. Brand Promotion: Represent Rogers and Fido brands instore and at local community events. What Were Looking For Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals. Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer focused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance. You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
