Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the technical architecture and delivery governance for a Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementation. This role owns the end to end solution design, platform integrity, and integration strategy. Key Responsibilities Own overall Pega CDH solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Define core application, integration, data, security, and performance architecture Work closely with Lead Decision Architect, Data Architects, and Infrastructure teams Provide architectural guidance to onshore and offshore Pega delivery teams Lead design reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure build quality Oversee critical integrations with upstream/downstream systems Represent technical architecture in client forums and governance reviews Required Skills & Experience 810 years of experience in Pega platform delivery, with strong LSA-level responsibilities Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, integrations, security, and non-functional requirements Experience working in onshore or hybrid delivery models Excellent communication and technical leadership skills Nice to Have Telecom or Media industry experience, especially customer engagement or personalization use cases Exposure to large enterprise digital or data-driven transformation programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
