The Role Kira Talent is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our Engineering (Development), Product, Sales, and Client Success teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients are wowed by our products experience. Key responsibilities include product feature identification, backlog management, prospect and customerfacing support for new products and features, platform technical support and troubleshooting, product evaluation and testing, and system configuration activities. As a Senior Product Manager, youll report to Kiras head of product and work collaboratively with virtually every department. Your core responsibility will be to support our sales, client success, and software development teams as the voice of the customer, coordinate, collect, and provide clientcentric feedback on all products, solve problems, assist the development team in identifying and resolving issues, and test solutions and new product features.
