We are partnering with one of the most successful Amazon native consumer brands in its category to hire a Head of TikTok Shop. The business has built a nine figure ecommerce operation primarily through Amazon , supported by a strong product, loyal customer base, and a highly efficient operator led team. With this foundation in place, the company is now investing heavily in TikTok Shop as its next major growth channel. The brand has already generated strong early traction on TikTok Shop , with a small internal team building the channel from scratch and achieving a ~$5K daily run rate alongside a measurable halo effect driving additional sales across Amazon and DTC. The opportunity now is to bring in a true TikTok Shop operator who has already scaled the channel to meaningful volume and can build the playbook to take this business to the next level. The Opportunity This role is a rare chance to scale TikTok Shop for an already proven consumer brand with strong product market fit, operational infrastructure, and meaningful existing ecommerce revenue. Unlike many TikTok Shop roles that start with unproven products or early stage brands, this company already has: a large and proven ecommerce business operational infrastructure to support scale. The foundations are already in place. The mission is to build the TikTok Shop engine that unlocks the next phase of growth. What Youll Own Lead the end to end TikTok Shop strategy and execution Scale TikTok Shop revenue from early traction to meaningful monthly volume Build and manage creator and affiliate ecosystems to drive product discovery Develop a repeatable TikTok commerce playbook across content, creators, and promotions Identify and activate high performing creators and influencer partnerships Optimize product merchandising, promotions, and pricing for TikTok Shop Work closely with internal ecommerce teams across Amazon and DTC to maximize halo effects Develop scalable operational processes for TikTok Shop growth Build and lead a high performing TikTok commerce team over time What Were Looking For We are looking for someone who has already done this before. Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop revenue to six or seven figure monthly levels Experience working with high growth consumer brands Strong understanding of TikTok commerce mechanics including creators, affiliates, live selling, and promotional events Ability to build and execute creator partnership strategies at scale Deep understanding of how TikTok content and commerce intersect Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a function from early momentum to large scale revenue Why This Role Is Unique Most TikTok Shop roles require building demand for products that are still unproven.
