The Role We are seeking a Canadabased Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead regulatory strategy and execution across our Canadian portfolio. This is a senior, handson role requiring deep PMRA expertise, strong technical judgement, and the ability to operate confidently within the Canadian regulatory ecosystem. You will act as Life Scientifics primary regulatory interface with PMRA and play a critical role in aligning regulatory strategy with commercial objectives from early development through launch and renewal. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Strategy & PMRA Engagement Act as primary regulatory contact with PMRA, building strong and credible relationships Define and execute regulatory strategies for new registrations, amendments, and complex submissions (including Category B) Lead responses to PMRA queries and deficiency letters Provide regulatory leadership in NPI and crossfunctional forums Lead preparation and submission of Canadian regulatory dossiers Ensure scientific robustness and strategic positioning of submissions Coordinate internal SMEs and manage external CROs/consultants Maintain oversight of regulatory commitments throughout the product lifecycle Lifecycle Management & Regulatory Intelligence Own renewals, amendments, reevaluations, and data protection considerations Maintain forwardlooking visibility of upcoming renewals and evolving PMRA requirements Proactively assess regulatory risks and support commercial planning Commercial & External Collaboration Translate regulatory requirements into clear business implications Support launch readiness and market expansion plans Build strong relationships across industry and regulatory networks What Were Looking For Degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, toxicology, agronomy or related) Significant regulatory affairs experience in crop protection with direct PMRA exposure Experience with complex or nonstandard submissions Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory and market dynamics Leadership Profile You bring: Deep PMRA authority and sound regulatory judgement Strong ownership and accountability Ability to influence without authority Clear, commercially focused communication Strategic lifecycle thinking beyond individual submissions #J-18808-Ljbffr
