What You''''ll Do Lead the strategy, market assessment, and development of AI-driven applications, APIs, and analytics capabilities that expand Blackline Safety''''s digital platform and create new, saleable product offerings. This role is accountable foridentifyinghigh-value market opportunities, translating customer and partner needs into monetizable features and integrations, and guiding cross-functional teams through deliveryfrom opportunity assessment and business case development through launch and post-production performance. You will own the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled insights, customer-facing applications, and external APIs,as well as forturning internal analytics capabilities into revenue-generating products andidentifyingthe most impactful ecosystem partnerships. Lead development of new software, changes to hardware/firmware/software, and strategic initiatives using new and updated business use cases, while guiding an extended virtual team through key program milestones (from ideation and prioritization through post-production customer'''' usage). You will define the product roadmap and make recommendations for the highest value capabilities of our products. You will work in collaboration with the SOC, Customer Care,Salesand product marketing to understand what customer problems Blackline Safety can solve with our solutions. Key Responsibilities Own market discovery and assessment for AI, apps, APIs, and analytics opportunities. Define and launch saleable analytics and AI-driven product offerings. Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact API integration and ecosystem partnerships. Develop business cases and monetization strategies for platform and analytics capabilities.
