Position Associate, Regulatory Affairs Product Claims & Justification team, fulltime, permanent. Based at Fraser Headquarters in Liberty Village, the role supports a hybrid work schedule. Pay Range Anticipated base salary: $50,000 to $55,000. Exact compensation depends on experience, skills, education and budget; ranges may vary by geographic location. Responsibilities Support the Innovation Team (R&D, Clinical, Brands, Legal) in creating new products and associated claims Critically review and assess literature and manufacturer data for substances Conduct literature searches to identify data substantiating the efficacy of new substances Author substantiation documents for claims development Manage Certification Programs Monitor regulatory landscape changes to ensure product claims are compliant across print, television, social media and all advertising mediums Collect and summarize documentation needed for product registrations in emerging markets Develop responses for frequent customer inquiries Implement processes to standardize and improve workflow Skills & Qualifications Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology or equivalent experience (asset) Good understanding of DECIEMs product portfolio, ingredients and cosmetic manufacturing process Familiarity with cosmetic databases such as INCI, PCPC and CosIng Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent, global projects Experience with PLM, ERP and QMS applications used in pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries Benefits Generous vacation & personal days, plus optional time off for volunteering, voting, peaceful protesting and birthday celebrations Six months of paid parental leave (inclusive of all genders) Work from anywhere for 4 weeks per year Hybrid work model (where applicable) Summer Fridays: 1 p.m. off all summer (where applicable) Dogfriendly office with plenty of dogs to play with Unlimited access to an Employee Assistance Program that includes mental health care and mindfulness programs Development Grants and a LinkedIn Learning membership to support continuous learning Generous discount on DECIEM products for you, your family and friends Company Values & Culture Defy Convention Make it real Play in the grey Build Bridges Be the rabbit Our values guide everything we do.
