Childrens Pastor / Director Douglas Mennonite Church (Winnipeg)Douglas Mennonite Church is looking for a thoughtful and creative Childrens Pastor / Director who is passionate about helping kids grow in the way of Jesus. This leader will help nurture a vibrant, welcoming environment where children are known, loved, and formed to be disciples of Jesus who love God and others.This role is initially structured as a part-time position (0.5 FTE), making it a great fit for someone looking to grow in ministry while maintaining flexibility in their stage of life. At the same time, we are open to expanding the role toward full-time depending on gifting, experience, and the unique strengths a candidate brings.
